GV II

House, now offices and attached railings. Early C19. Stucco with painted
stone dressings and slate roof. Single bay, three storeys on basement. Basement
has stone steps to front with 16 pane sash and 6 raised and fielded panelled
door. Original railings to front with alternating wavy and plain rails, basement
gate to left. To right railing return to either side of stone steps to doorcase,
steps supported by bridge over basement well. Stepped semi-circular headed
doorcase has 6 raised and fielded panells'with radial glazed fanlight. To
left is a shallow bow with tripartite window, 12 pane sash flanked by 4 pane
sashes. Slightly above to far left is an inset stone plaque inscribed 'South
Parade', Full height central oriel bow window above with continuous sill
band, tripartite window with unequal 15 and 10 pane sashes, moulded cornice
and leaded roof. Bracketed segmental ironwork balcony with central frieze
of circles to front. Above again 2 unequal 9 pane sashes with projecting
sills. Timber eaves band. Brick end stacks. Similar to Nos 5 and 6 (qv).
