Detached house. Early C19. Rendered; slate roof with coped raised verges and
coped parapet. 2 storeys. 3 bays: glazing bar sash windows under stepped
ashlar voussoirs and keystones; canted bay windows on ground floor with 16-pane
central sashes. Central 6-panel door under fanlight; doorcase with Tuscan
columns and broken pediment.
