Farmhouse. (formerly
11/2/76 listed under Lower Thornseat)

Farmhouse. Door lintel inscribed AW1721, Coursed, squared gritstone,
stone slate roof. 2-room plan with partial outshut extended into
continuous outshut. 2 storeys, 3 first floor windows. Double-chamfered
mullion windows. Large quoins. Doorway to left of centre has quoin
reveals and deep lintel, all chamfered. A 4-light window to each side
with dripmould raised over door lintel, Two 3-light windows to first
floor with single light above door, Moulded kneelers, gable copings.
Corniced ashlar stacks to each gable and centre. Left return has
4-light mullion window to ground floor and similar blocked window with
dripstone to first floor.
