Former coaching inn. Late Cisleanly C16; altered C17 and early C19. Rendered;
pantile roof with coped raised verges; brick stacks. 2 storeys. 5 bays:
20-pane glazing bar sash windows. Off-centre C19 door under a hood on brackets.
Rear wing; joining an outbuilding formerly stables and a loft; rubble and
painted rubble, hipped pantile roof, blocked pitching eye and 2 blocked windows
in the gable end. Interior: roof of 4 bays with 3 arch-braced collar beam
trusses.
