Farmhouse. Dated 1736, probably date of rebuilding. Pebble-dashed
sandstone, Welsh slate roof, renewed brick stacks. 3-storey, 3-room
block to left has partial outshut. 2-storey, single-room block to
right. Six lst-floor windows in all.

3-storey part: exposed quoins, square-faced surrounds to chamfered-
mullion windows, wood casements. C20 door to left in stone architrave
with plinth blocks and panel over bearing date beneath initials ' G ',
2-light window to left, two 3-light windows to right (part-renewed
surrounds). 1st-floor windows same; single-light over door. Four
2nd-floor windows: 2-light with single-light over door, all blind
except right window. Shaped kneelers and square-cut gable copings.
Stack above door, end stack to right.

2-storey part: quoins to right, lower part chamfered. Earlier doorway
beneath junction with 3-storey part has chamfered, quoined surround
with shaped lintel. 2-light window to right on both floors, mullions
removed. Blocked single-light over door. Eroded kneeler to right,
gable copings (removed at rear).

Interior of 3-storey part: brick-vaulted cellars, stop-chamfered
spine beams exposed in ground-floor rooms to right, ashlar fire
surround in right room. C18 staircase, two C18 lst-floor fireplaces.

2-storey part: doorway retains draw-bar and socket. Stone stairs
to is floor and to 2nd floor of 3-storey part.
