5/19 Railings and walled
enclosure immediately
to east, south and west
of Church of St. Mary


Railings, plinth wall and gate. Mid-late C19. Coursed, rock-faced
sandstone plinth wall; iron railings and gates. Set around 3 sides
of church and dividing it from the church yard. Chamfered coping.
Railings have 2 rows of cast-iron fleur-de-lys. Square-section,
intermediate standards with decorative finials. Matching gate opposite
south door of tower, short break in railings to west of tower.
