House and shop. Mid-late C18 with C19 alterations. Coursed, squared
sandstone, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys; 3-window front with lower,
parallel range to rear. Large herringbone-tooled quoins. Panelled
door to left of centre in painted, ashlar surround; inserted C19
shop window to left. Doorway to right flanked to left by crudely-
inserted casement with glazing bars. 16-pane sash to right with
projecting sill and plain lintel. 1st floor: central blind window
with square-faced surround; flanking casements with glazing bars in
similar surrounds (sills cut away). Eroded kneelers, square-cut gable
copings. Renewed brick end stacks. Included for group value.
