Dog Kennel Pond
29.3.68 and Morley Pond


Causeway. Late C18, for the Wentworth estate. Coursed, squared
sandstone. Approximately 33 metres in length and consisting, on
downwater side, of a 5-arched blind arcade interspersed with triangular
cutwaters; matching parapets to downwater and upwater sides. Segmental
arches spring from cutwaters. Continuous ashlar band at road level.
Domed ashlar coping to parapets which sweep round to terminate at
circular end piers.
