Model dairy. Mid - late C19. Coursed, rough-faced rubble with freestone
dressings; decorative tiled roof of plain and fish-scale tiles, the upper part
oversails and is louvred for a vent. Octagonal on plan. Single 2-light cross
window to each elevation, square headed doorway. The interior retains all its
fittings: decorative tiled floor and walls; stained glass, floral design,
windows; marble tables around the walls with butter-making "sinks" with fluted
sides; central 2 tier marble fountain on a baluster stem.
