(formerly listed as

GV II
Outbuilding of domestic origin. Probably late C16. Rubble limestone,
pantile roof. 2 storeys with attic, 2 x 1 bays. Chamfered plinth, large
quoins. South gable: ovolo-moulded mullioned windows with dripstones.
Ground-floor window of 4 transomed lights damaged and partly infilled;
similar window to 1st floor walled-up but more complete; 3-light window to
gable. Rear (facing Yews Court): inserted garage door with door over in
position of former 2-light window; blocked 2-light gable window. Left
return: quoined lateral stack truncated at eaves; 2-light window to each
floor on left; blocked 2-light window to 1st floor on right.
Interior: 1st-floor: fireplace backing onto lateral stack has chamfered jambs
