House. Mid C18, altered C19 with C20 additions. Stuccoed limestone, pantile
roof. L-shaped plan. 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows to 1st floor with 2-
storey wing of 2:1 bays to rear right and 2-storey, 3-bay C20 addition set
back to front left (not of special interest). Original house: plinth,
chamfered quoins. Central part-glazed door in eared architrave with cornice.
lst-floor band continuous across flanking 2-storey C19 bay windows with 4-
pane and 2-pane sashes; apron to central 4-pane sash in original opening with
projecting sill and raised, square-faced surround. Eaves cornice, shaped
kneelers and gable copings to roof with 2 flat-headed dormers and rendered
end stacks with cornices. Right return: taller part on left has added,
gabled porch, casement with glazing bars on right and above, roof dormer;
lower bay on right has a 16-pane sash beneath a horizontally-sliding sash;
both ranges have shaped kneelers and gable copings; tall corniced end stack
to far right has 2 unusual copper chimney pots.
