Farmhouse. Late C18. Coursed, dressed sandstone, Welsh slate roof. L-
shaped plan having wing to rear left. 2 storeys, 3 windows to 1st floor.
Dressed quoins. Central door in ashlar surround with deep lintel flanked by
2-light horizontally-sliding sashes with glazing bars in original square-
faced surround with sills lowered and mullions removed. Similar 1st-floor
windows; central single-light window (unaltered) has casement with horizontal
glazing bars. Shaped kneelers, ashlar gable copings; brick end stacks.
Windows to left return and in angle of plan mostly have concrete lintels;
rear wing gable as rest.
