7/100 Pear Tree Farmhouse
Farmhouse. Late C18. Coursed, squared limestone, pantile roof. 3 storeys,
3 bays with 2-storey wing to rear centre. Ashlar plinth, chamfered quoins.
Central 6-panel door in architrave flanked by 16-pane sashes in architraves
with projecting sills. Similar 1st-floor windows, the central sash of 12
panes. 2nd floor: central 6-pane sash, matching casements to outer bays.
Brick end stacks. Rear wing has stone slate eaves courses and shaped
kneelers, gable copings and end stack to rear gable.
