Part of a farm and cottage group set back down lane off west side of Baldwin Lane.
Nos 1 to 7 form a row of 2-storey circa 1830 cottages. Sandstone "brick" with stone
slate roofs, "dentil" brackets to eaves. Two single light, squared, flush framed
first floor windows on sill band and 2 light flush framed, square mullion, ground
floor windows, to each front. Plain doorways.
