Averingcliffe Cottage

Circa 1800-20, 2-storey sandstone "brick" cottage. Two bay front with central door-
way. Gable end stone slate roof with end stacks. Two light square mullioned
windows in squared surrounds to both floors with small pane sashes and fixed lights.
Plain squared jamb doorway. The south gable end has external stone steps up to
squared jamb doorway at first floor level. The cottage stands at right angles to
the adjacent row: Averingcliffe Cottages.
