Circa 1850, two-storey villa on corner site with New Cross Street. Sandstone "brick"
with ashlar rusticated quoins and sill band. Hipped slate roof with very deep
over hanging eaves. Three windows in architrave surrounds; right hand of ground
floor has corniced canted bay window. Rusticated quoin porch, segmental arched
doorway in architrave surround with carved keystone, cornice over. The south return
front has left hand break. Coupled first floor windows. Canted bay to left hand
of ground floor and shallow, tripartite, rectangular bay window to right, both with
full entablatures. The villa is set in large garden.
