Circa 1865 warehouse of 2-storeys and basement. Sandstone ashlar, vermiculated
rustication to basement, sill bands, shallow eaves cornice to stone slate roof. Six
plain windows, 3 on ground floor and basement flanked by doorway to left and warehouse
entrance to right. The doorway has paired pilasters and splayed reveals, pediment
over. Semi-circular archway with grooved keystone to the warehouse.
