A mid to late C17 coursed gritstone house of 2-storeys and 2 bays with irregular
flush quoins. Gable end stone slate roof. Large external chimney stack with quoins
and offsets to west end and early C19 chimney on ridge. Alterations to fenestration
in late C18 and C19. Front has 2 single light (former 2 light) windows in squared
surrounds and traces of 2 other former openings. Entrance to right hand of front
with modern porch. The east gable end retains a 3 light chamfered mullion window
recessed in splayed reveal. C19 and modern fenestration to rear.
