One and two-storeys; a pair of dwellings related in build to Nos 7 to 10 but altered
early C19. Large irregularly coursed gritstone "bricks". Stone slate roofs.
Originally with chamfered mullions to windows, now removed, splayed reveals, drip
moulds. Plain doorways. Two-storeys to west end with 2 light (originally 3 or 4
light) square mullioned windows.
