184O-42 small church with nave and short chancel. Plain coursed sandstone with
quoins. Stone slate roof. West gable end has corbelled external chimney-cum-bellcot.
Steep gabled south porch, stone slate roof with saddlestone, colonettes to pointed
arch and drip mould on carved stops. Six pairs of fairly broad lancets with linked
drip moulds to nave. Built by W R C Stansfield, then residing at Esholt Hall.
Formerly St Paul's School.
