Built as a single dwelling but altered to tenements early to mid C19. Plaque
inscribed "DB 1770". Two-storeys sandstone "brick". Stone slate roof, flanking
chimneys. Three light and 2 light square mullioned framed windows, the latter
formerly of 4 lights. Plain squared jamb doorways.
