Late C18 or early C19, originally a pair of cottages with a barn. The barn was rebuilt dated 1857. The house is of two-storeys, sandstone "brick", stone slate roof; plat band; dentil eaves. Three window front. Single and two-light framed square mullioned windows with a four-light ground floor window. The barn retains flush quoins but has segmental arched openings and large segmental voussoired keyed archway dating from 1857 rebuild. The rear north front of the house has three light square mullioned window and two doorways with steps up.
