Dated 1754, a small 2-storey sandstone brick famhouse. Flush quoins. Stone slate
roof. Barn continuing under same roofline. Two light square mullion window
flanking single light over doorway. Squared surrounds and square jambs to doorway.
Outshut to rear. The barn has a segmental archway. Date plaque with initials
NI below eaves. The barn probably added or altered early C19.
