Early C19 cottage row back to back with and part of same development as Nos 1 to
11 Priestley Street. Two and 3-storeys due to slope. Sandstone "brick", stone
slate roofs, corniced chimneys. South gable and return is shared with No 1 Priestley
Street. Two light square mullion windows in squared surrounds. Squared jamb
doorways. Included for group value.
