Includes Nos 2 and 4 Rawson Place. 1883 corner block. Four-storeys and attic,
ashlar faced with splayed corner. Plinth, plat bands, cornice and parapet.
Pediments over first floor windows with anthemion ornament. Vertically linked
architraves and apron panels, increase impression of height. Shop fronts on ground
floor. The eaves cornice has deeply carved consoles. Semi-circular crowned dormers
in parapet.
