1739 house associated with the Brooksbank family re Nos 67O-67OA. Two-storey house
of sandstone "brick" with stuccoed front. Quarry slate roof. Three 2 light square
mullion windows on first floor, 2 on ground floor, later bar entrance and original
central doorway with crude Gibbs surround with date and initials GB on keystone.
