Originally part of the Old Dolphin Inn and also an addition of circa 1790. Three-
storeys, thin sandstone "bricks" with pedimental gable end to road with attic lunette
and crowning corniced chimney. Stone slate roof. Two and 3-light square mullion
windows in squared surrounds on sill bands. Squared jamb doorway. Similar 3-light
windows to west front.
