Circa 1800 probably alteration to earlier farm building. Pair of cottages now one flanking south-east entrance to Well Fold, a group of farm buildings of C17 origin. Two and three-storeys due to sloping site. Two-light square mullion windows with sash lights. Paired doorways. All with plain stone surrounds. The walls are roughcast on stone. Rear wing adapted from old outbuilding. Stone slate roof.
