Circa 1830 sandstone "brick" with stone slate roof. No 102 is unusual for this
date and its modest scale, in having a parapeted front with paired dentil cornice.
Two squared frame first floor windows and 2 windows on ground floor probably for
former shop, 3-lights each with their mullions. Central panelled door. No 104 is
the normal cottage type with single and 2-light square mullion windows in squared
surrounds.
