Dated 1814. Sandstone "brick" cottage with flush quoins. Stone slate roof,
corniced chimney. Two-light square mullion windows and single light ones in squared
surrounds, both to passage elevation and to gable end. Squared jamb doorway.
Sundial plaque inscribed with date.
