Circa 1700 farmhouse associated with Ryecroft Hall. Two-storeys, coursed
gritstone on rectangular plan. Irregular quoins. Stone slate roof, no kneelers;
corniced chimneys. Two windows to both floors of entrance front. Four-light and
5-light with chamfered mullions, flanking single light on first floor; 6-light and
5-light similar on ground floor. The doorway is chamfered with rusticated block
surround, cambered head and massive lintel. Interior retains chamfered main
ceiling beams.
