Early C19 row of cottages, No 25 dated 1822 and No 27 a circa 1850-60 addition.
Sandstone "brick", first floor sill band to earlier part of row. Block brackets
to eaves of stone slate roof. Large prominent kneeler to saddlestone. No 23
retains 3-light square mullion windows, the left altered, in squared surrounds.
Three-light square mullion window intact to rear. Squared jamb doorways. No 25
with dated lintel. No 27 has 2 window front with flat bracketed eaves to slate
roof. Included for its contribution to the street scene and group value.
