Circa 1820-30 house enlarged mid C19 with additional tenements and subdivision.
Two-storeys, sandstone "brick", stone slate roof to original part, taller hipped
slate roofs to additions. Bracketed eaves and corniced chimneys. The early C19 house
has a 3 window symmetrical south front, plain ashlar window surrounds and similar
plain doorway with rounded corner blocks and reeded moulding to cornice over.
Left hand extension gabled with 2-storey canted stone bay. Two gables, mid C19
alteration, to north entrance front. The hipped roof extension has 2-light square
mullioned windows and block pediment doorway. Included for group value.
