Circa 1840-50 two storey dressed sandstone "brick" villa. Symmetrical 3 bay front,
plinth, sill band, frieze and deep cornice. Slate roof with coped gable ends,
flanking corniced chimneys. Two pedimented dormers, retaining glazing bars.
Shallow revealed later C19 sashes, panelled aprons to those on ground floor. The
central first floor window has a battered eared architrave surround. Doric pilaster
porch with deep entablature. Gable ends have round headed windows.
