Circa 1850-60. Two storey sandstone brick villa with ashlar dressings. Quoin
pilasters, plat band, cornice and blocking course. Three bar front with 2 returning
canted bay flanking architrave framed first floor window and porch with ornate Composite
capitals. South return has cast iron trellis porch. Included for group value on
important corner site.
