Circa 1840, built as part of a small terrace. Two storeys, dressed sandstone
"brick". Thin bed mould below ashlar eaves cornice. Stone slate roof. Two bay
front, revealed glazing bar sashes, apron panel below sill of ground floor window.
Door of 5 moulded and fielded panels, rectangular 3 pane fanlight, framed by pilasters
with deep entablature and blocking course.
