Circa 184O, built as part of a small terrace. Two storey, dressed sandstone "brick",
3 bay symmetrical front. Shallow ashlar eaves cornice, stone slate roof. Revealed
glazing bar sashes. Canted bay window with cornice to left hand on ground floor.
Similar doorway to No 4 and also retaining the moulded and fielded panel door.
