Circa 18O2 former stable/coach house to No 74 with dwelling at west end. Sandstone
"brick" in deeper courses than those of No 74. Stone slate roof with block
brackets to eaves. Blocked doorway. Cottage has 2 light square mullion windows in
squared surrounds. Plain squared jamb doorway. Included for group value.
