Dating from the late C17 or early C18, a 2 storey gritstone farmhouse with a modern
extension. Plain, original elevation to the south. Stone slate roof, C18 corniced
chimneys. Two 3 light square mullion windows in squared surrounds to the first
floor, 2 light and 3 light, originally 4 light, windows on ground floor with
chamfered mullion, drip moulds over. Massive pediment shaped lintel to chamfered
doorway. Interior largely altered although retaining exposed stop chamfered
ceiling beams.
