Late C18 house, may have been built as "back to back" tenements. No 69 is
a small mid C19 addition set at angle to main block. Sandstone "brick", stone
slate roofs, corniced chimneys. Two light square mullion window, some with
mullions removed, squared surrounds. Squared jamb doorways. Included for
group value.
