Corner site with Burnett Street. Tower wool warehouse/office of circa 1860-70,
probably designed by Eli Milnes, simple 2-storey block of sandstone "brick".
Rusticated quoins, plinth, sill band, bed mould to frieze of modillion bracket
eaves cornice. Six bays to Peckover Street, 8 to return. First floor windows
have quoin panels. Ground floor has 3 round-headed windows and doorway in
bolection architrave surrounds, carved foliage keystones. Fanlight to doorway
which is slightly larger than windows. Flat linteled waggonway to right with
profiled corbels. Important corner site.
