Corner site with Currer Street. Second part of the precinct known as
"Little Germany". Part of a block of wool warehouses design by Eli Milnes
1863-67. Two and 3-storeys, sloping site. Plainer elevations than its
neighbours. Sandstone "brick" with ashlar dressings. Plinth, sill bands,
eaves cornice to slate low pitched roof. Bowed corner. Shallow revealed
plain sash windows, close set to both fronts. Pilastered doorway. Plain
deep lintel to waggonway.
