2/70 Green Hill Gate
II

House. Early-mid C19. Ashlar, hammer-dressed stone, stone slate
roof. 2 storeys. 7-bay symmetrical facade, the central 3 bays,
of ashlar, projecting and with rusticated quoins. Doorway with
moulded jambs, consoles and cornice approached up a flight of 4
stone steps. All bays have 16-pane sash windows in projecting
plain stone surrounds. Moulded eaves cornice. 2 corniced ridge
stacks on either side of central 3 bays.
