21.11.66 Church of St Mildred


C15 perhaps earlier with later windows. Flint and ragstone. West tower C15 all
ragstone. Windows renewed. Chancel and nave without division. Braced trussed rafter
roof without tie beams: hence buttresses on north and south walls. Vestry and north
porch added C19, roof tiled.

Marble wall tablets to Adye 1660 Wentworth 1681.
