Circa 1830 villa, 2 storeys, 5 windows. Yellow brick with parapet above stone
cornice with flat modillions. Concealed slate roof. Moulded stone architraves
and blind cases to sash windows with glazing bars, those on ground floor under
pediments. Centre projecting stone porch with coupled Ionic columns, entablature
with large flat modillions and balustrade above. Glazed double doors. Interior
virtually unaltered, with marble fireplace surrounds, entablature to doors and
cast iron staircase curving around well.
