Terrace of dwellings, 2 now a hotel c1860.Render over brick, shallow pitch red concrete tile and bitumen-covered roofs concealed behind parapet. Classical style.Plan: curved front abutting buildings on either side creating a curve at the junction of St Aubyns Gardens (not included)facing south, and the west facing terrace of St Aubyns (not included)4 storeys over basement, 3 window units, centre 5 bays break forward slightly, sash windows without glazing bars except to third floor where some single vertical glazing bars remain.Pierced parapet with arched heads, pilasters to third floor resting on heavy moulded cornice, giant Corinthian pilasters linking first and second floors, first floor windows in moulded surrounds with baluster balconies, central window of each unit distinguished by a pediment, rusticated ground floor, round-arched windows with ornamental keystones, flat roofed Doric porches with balustraded parapets and balustrading returned between shafts and elevation, flight of 5 steps, flying arch to area of basement. Entrance to No.6 now blocked by a sash window.
Rendered, rusticated brick piers with pyramid caps and cast iron panels set in dwarf wall.
