House, end one of a contemporary terrace. c1850-1860. Stucco
on stone rubble, with front lightly blocked out as ashlar;
left end wall hung with asbestos slate; end stacks with brick
chimneyshafts; slate roof, hipped to left.
PLAN: double-depth, 2 rooms wide; doorway to rear of left end
wall.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window front. Ground floor
has French windows with side lights behind a tented-roof
verandah supported on plain timber posts. First floor has 2
paired round-headed windows with attractive moulded stucco
architraves, moulded hoods on engaged columns. Victorian-style
conservatory on left and, to rear, round-headed doorway with
flat stucco architrave and C20 door with contemporary
fanlight.
