Garret workshop house, now small shop. Late C18 or early C19;
altered. Narrow rectangular plan at right-angles to street.
Three storeys and one bay; round-headed doorway to right, up 2
steps, enlarged rectangular window to left (both damaged);
segmental-headed sashed window without glazing bars at 1st
floor, with exposed box; 5-light garret window at 2nd floor
with small panes and 3 horizontal sliding sashed openings
(slightly damaged). Rear and interior not inspected.
