Late C17/early C18. Red brick. English bond with occasional dark headers.
2 storeys with modern tile roof and ridge chimney. Brick block eaves cornice.
8 irregularly spaced 2 light casements (leaded), one to far left behind garden
wall. A 5-light window and 3 bullseyes (over doors) on ground-floor. Modern
central wood lintel to former coach entrance now 3 glazing bar casement windows.
Various doorbmys. Half dormered 1st floor doorway to left with steps and ramped
garden wall. Stable block to Caversham Grove, now part of Highdown School,
Emmer Green.
