Brewhouse, now laundry. Possibly C12 in origin. Flint with plain tiled roof.
Square plan. One storey and hipped roof with large gablets. Stack at end
right. Segmental headed doorway of re-used tooled stone, with boarded door.
Blocked round arched window on left return, and C19 tripartite glazing bar
sash to rear. Interior: C17 clasped purlin roof, and large cross-beams
for suspension of equipment.
